Joshua Baylin

Associate Analyst, Legg Mason

Joshua A. Baylin joined the Legg Mason Equity Research team in the fall of 2003 after working at Bloomberg News in Washington, D.C. Mr. Baylin works with Timm P. Bechter, CFA at Legg Mason covering the broadband equipment industry and is currently working on expanding coverage to include mobile terminals, infrastructure and operating systems. While at Bloomberg, Mr. Baylin covered international trade, NASA and the telecommunications industry. Prior to Bloomberg, Josh worked for Silverchair (a Charlottesville, Virginia-based medical publisher) developing what would become its first PDA-based content distribution system. Josh graduated from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill with distinction.
